Stephenson (left), senior vice president of First-Citizens Bank and Trust Company, recently presented service pins to four more employees of the bank's Smithfield office. Left to right, in addition to Mr. Stephenson, are: Lester Hales, bank messenger, 15 years; Edna W. Parker, secretary in auditing department, 10 years; Betty Johnson, secretary in installment loan department, five years; and Frank B. Holding, vice president and director, 10 years. Mr. Stephenson reported that 56.5 per cent of the personnel in the Smithfield office has been with the bank five or more years."
