Biography
Leland LeClair Aycock was born January 12, 1899, in Fremont, Wayne County, NC, to C. C. and Addie Barnes Aycock. He married Mary Rachel Overman on January 4, 1936, in Wayne County, NC. Mary was born May 21, 1906 and died August, 1968.
Mr. Aycock was a World War I Veteran and worked as an Internal Revenue Agent in Rocky Mount, Edgecombe County, NC. He died August 14, 1949, and was buried in Pine View Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
