Biography
Rachel Anne Stephenson was born May 30, 1917, to Israel O. and Kittie J. Stephenson. She married Albert Festus Braswell (May 26, 1916-Dec. 25, 1990) in Johnston County, NC, on December 31, 1942, and the couple had two children: Albert, Jr., and Bonnie Braswell Moore. Albert Braswell was the son of Daniel Webster and Kiziah Maloney Braswell. Rachel Stephenson Braswell died January 16, 1965, and both she and her husband were buried in Knollwood Cemetery, Clayton, NC.
