Addie Talton Blackwell was born July 17 1896, to Zebman Leroy and Claudia Ellen McDaniel Talton. She was a member of Edgerton Memorial United Methodist Church in Selma, NC, and Order of the Eastern Star.
Mrs. Blackwell was married William Robert Blackwell (1879-1952), and they had one daughter. Mr. Blackwell was the son of William Marshall and Sallie Strum Blackwell of Nash County, NC.
Mrs. Blackwell died August 31, 1979, and Mr. Blackwell died July 19, 1952. They were both buried in Sunset Memorial Park, which is located in Smithfield, NC.
