Constitution College was established the summer of 1987, and the following officers were elected: Ray Boyette, Chairman; Sarah Ann Sasser, Vice-Chairman; Loretta Woodard, Vice-Chairman; Grethel Boyette, Secretary; Edna Palmer, Treasurer.
